Shipping method

 

We ship through DHL, FedEx, USPS. We may also use sea freight, depending on your location, the weight of the order, or your choice.

The shipping cost depends on the weight and destination of your item. The shipping fee we charge is based on a significant discount from the carrier company.
The shipping cost may vary due to the following factors: weight, delivery method, and destination country/region. Since postage is calculated by weight, based on our experience, if your order is larger, the average shipping cost will be lower because the heavier the package, the cheaper the shipping cost per kilogram.

 
On each product page, you can check the shipping cost of the product after adding the quantity. For the total shipping cost of multiple products, you need to check on the shopping cart payment page. We have found it difficult to declare the exact shipping cost before you place your order, so the shipping cost will be based on the final order cost.

Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday, and most will be shipped within 2-7 working days after purchase.
Gaovot is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
Please reserve an additional processing time of 7-15 working days for customized products.
Delivery time

  

For DHL Express shipping or other international express shipping, depending on your location, the shipping time is 3-7 business days. In most cases, the transportation time of express delivery is stable, even during peak sales seasons.
For standard transportation, it usually takes 7-15 working days to arrive. For some countries/regions, it takes 15-30 working days. During peak season, depending on customs conditions, it may take longer. The tracking number is usually tracked on the corresponding courier website 1 to 2 days after we ship the goods. Sometimes, there may be slight delays in tracking packages when the corresponding shipping company records them. This is beyond our control, so we kindly ask our customers to be patient and wait.
When your tracking number is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also log in and track the status of your order through your Gaovot account.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the expected arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered yet, or if your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer service for verification within 31 days after the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days after the order date.
